【讲座简介】 As an influential financial data and news company, Bloomberg increasingly focuses on the importance of data driven news. What Bloomberg is doing around dig data and visualization that allows global financial community to digest data in a secondly basis. And the works from its development labs have impacted financial community greatly. In the talk, Mr. Shin Pei will elaborate on the evolution of financial news over the last 8 years since the financial crisis in 2007-08, stories behind interviews with CEOs and companies head globally, and latest trend of financial data and news.
【主讲人简介】 Mr. Shin Pei joined Bloomberg in 1996. Now he is an Editor-at-Large based in New York City, who works with Editor-in-Chief Emeritus Matthew Winkler on interviews with high profile global news makers. Mr. Pei digs deep into the extensive storehouse of data in the Bloomberg Professional service (Bloomberg terminal) to identify key trends in the economics and finances of companies and countries. He also works with Bloomberg News to help generate story ideas based on Bloomberg data and analytics. He holds an MBA degree from Drexel University. And he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and affiliated with the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.
